“Measure twice, cut once.” Forge will conduct detailed interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders to determine the scope of the role and the ideal candidate. We’ll present our findings to the leadership team, and agree upon the search parameters. Part of our discussions will be any potential roadblocks around compensation or background. Clarity is kindness!

We’ll work with you to create a marketing plan for the role. Depending on the confidentiality of the position, this can include social media, job design, and helping you market your Employee Value Proposition to potential candidates: what’s exciting about this opportunity?! We’ll help you craft the sizzle and strategy for who we want to target.

Now to the heart of our work: we’ll source and recruit qualified candidates, using a range of innovative and proven techniques. We’ll tap into technology, our network, social media, and the power of referrals. Most importantly, we’ll never just throw a resume at you. Every candidate we send has been screened and qualified for your specific role.

In the absence of communication, misunderstandings abound! We’ll communicate with you at least weekly (but probably more than that!), including any challenges we are facing along the way. Once candidates are identified, we’ll present a slate of qualified individuals, along with our notes and feedback.

These virtual or in-person interviews are where you get to identify the right fit for your team! We’ll work with you to create a robust interview framework to identify technical and cultural fit, including provided recommended interview questions if desired. We’ll also provide you with personality assessments as needed!

We’ll work closely with you to help effectively manage the offer and acceptance process. We will also thoroughly check references and help ensure a smooth resignation for the candidate. If desired, we can help you create a robust onboarding process to ensure the candidate’s continued success. And, of course, we’ll stay in touch after the candidate starts, supporting integration needs.
