Rhiannon Poore

Founder and CEO

Rhiannon brings over fifteen years of experience in talent acquisition, business development, marketing, and talent development. Most recently, she worked in recruiting, marketing, and communications at Southern First, a regional bank headquartered in South Carolina. Previously, Rhiannon led talent acquisition at Elliott Davis, where she created and scaled the first experienced recruiting department for the 800-person Southeastern public accounting firm; and marketing and recruiting efforts at FGP International. Entrepreneurial at heart, Rhiannon has been recognized for her unique ability to lead change, and drive results throughout her career, including Greenville’s “Best and Brightest” and FGP’s “Top Biller of the Year.”

Rhiannon’s passion for helping people thrive and organizations grow spurred her to found Forge Search + Consulting in 2021.

Rhiannon graduated with honors from Bob Jones University with a B.A. in English & Communication and a M.A. in English. She is deeply involved in her local Greenville community, where she has served with United Way Young Philanthropists, the Center for Developmental Services, and other area charities.

When she’s not at work, you can find her in the kitchen, experimenting with new recipes, running on the Swamp Rabbit Trail, or playing with her two (very) rambunctious children.
